Who is Katie: Just A Bit About Me...

Well I figured the best thing to first write about is exactly who I am. Lets see...where do I begin?

My name is Katie and I'm a freshmen at the University of Oregon this year! (GO DUCKS!!!) I'm originally from a very small town called Monmouth here in Oregon. I'm not much different than your average 18 year old girl...I love to shop, chill with friends, love to go to the theaters to watch movies, going to the beach, traveling and I enjoy just having a good old fun time! Lots of my closet friends would say I'm pretty laid back, but very outgoing and not afraid to stand up for myself. I am a pretty smart girl, but I do have my blonde moments, and then there are my very blonde moments!!! :) (My hair color is originally blonde I just like to dye my hair a lot) My favorite color is Pink, I'm not going to lie!! I also love the colors lime green and bright blues.

I'm studying to be either a Accounting or a Business Administration Major right now, most likely will be the Accounting with a minor in computer science...which is the main reason I'm making this blog :)

I have a pretty cool family, a mom, a dad, a younger sister, two dogs and one cat! Both my parents are teachers, which can be pretty cool at times and then pretty crapy at other times.

I LOVE sports!!! I play volleyball, softball and tennis! I almost was going to attend a community college so that I could try and keep playing volleyball but I decided that I wanted to attend a 4 year right away and that it would be a better choice for me in the long run...even though I miss playing volleyball tons!!! I also enjoy watching football...its probably one of my favorite thing to do on a sunday when I'm at home with the family, to sit and watch some games with my dad and my boyfriend.

My boyfriends name is Matt, we have been together for almost two years now. We meet in high school through some friends and have been dating ever since Feb. 14th two years ago!!! (Yes he asked me to be his girlfriend on valentines day...how cute is that?!?!) He is living in Roseburg right now, which is south of Eugene....its tough but we make it work!!!

I guess all thats left is to say that I also have some of the greatest friends in the world!!! My friends from high school are the kind of people I will hold close to my heart for many years to come!!! They were my backbone in high school and even though most of them go to OSU (I know kind of ironic) they will be my backbone through college!! I love all my friends dearly and I will always be there for them and they will be there for me 110%! I have also meet some pretty chill people at college...like my roommate...who pretty much puts a smile on my face somehow every day!!!

Overall I am a pretty fun girl who just likes to chill and have a good time!!! I think thats enough about me... :) Below are just some pics of my life...
